I hereby decree that because iTunes is incapable of playing its own videos that is shall henceforth be banned from playing video.
I like iTunes. iTunes is great. iTunes can't even play the videos that I buy from the iTunes store. Season three of the office? Nope. Crankygeeks, a fun video podcast? Nope. The videos themselves work, I play them in VLC or Quicktime just fine; however, when I try to open the videos natively in iTunes they skip like crazy. What in iTunes is pegging the CPU? Anyway, its frustrating enough that I don't plan on watching video in iTunes any more. I wonder if there is a setting to just open the video in Quicktime proper. I shall look and see.
