I just penned words for a children's book. I am looking for an illustrator, if you are interested let me know and we can work out how to split the profits. This is sure to be a hit!
It's Night Time, Little One
It's night time little one!
Time to get up, time for fun!
We have to move, and go with haste.
We have very little time to waste!
We need to find a thing to kill
To stop our hunger, get our fill
Of blood and flesh, made tender
By children's dreams. What splendor!
Then we must, without delay,
Find a flawless beast to slay.
A sacrifice to our master
Who makes us stronger, faster
Than mortal men and women
Who think we are an omen
And try to kill us through the night,
Oh little one, what a plight
You'll have to deal with all your days
And don't forget the suns rays!
They will burn you, kill you dead
And that would make your mother sad.
Good gracious me, we're running late
We need to hurry, fill our plate.
Then come back in our secret cave
And sleep while children misbehave.
And at night, we will eat them.
