I hereby decree

I am on a mission. Lately I have become overwhelmed by the total lack of health consciousness in this country. To prove my point I am going to follow the lead of others and use myself as the ultimate test subject. I will use my body to prove to others that what we need is a good dose of healthy living. Just like Super Size Me (2004) and Fast Food Nation (2006) I am going to document my experiment on film and then compile the results.

Now the details:
I am going to live on a exclusive diet of food substances that contain the word "Whopper" in their name. Namely, the Whopper from Burger King and Whoppers, Hershey's malted milk balls. If it isn't called "Whopper" than I can't eat it.
